Been following the plight of the Bowen workers who were terminated, its so sad listening to their side of the story. But what Belizeans isnt realizing is that they have a lot of companies operating in Belize similar to how Bowen operates. They discuss what they want to do without consulting with the employees then they come out of these meetings and push a set of rules in your face and expect you to agree, even without you reading and try to reason, then if you disagree they threaten your employment saying youre not with the team. I dont know how the Labour Dept will handle it but these guys along with other employees from other companies who have been wrongly terminated are being treated unfairly. It seems dictatorship is becoming a norm instead of team work
