Been weighing the doctrines of Calvinism for many years now and have been truly blessed by and still love the ministries of Calvinist teachers such as Jonathan Edwards, John Piper, Wayne Grudem, R.C. Sproul, and Mark Driscoll, but I never could accept the conclusion of which certain aspects of Calvinist theology lead me to. This book is an excellent resource that gives an opposing view to the theological position of High Calvinism I feel the author does a great job of honoring while opposing and actually attempting to represent his opponents in the way they would like themselves to be represented. The title of the book is lame, but it is meant to be a companion book to another titled For Calvinism by Michael Horton. P.S. Any comments posted on my wall to debate this topic will be ignored. Aint no one got time for that! There is a reason volumes of books have been written on this topic. I doubt we will solve the debate through Facebook comments. I felt this was an excellent book I discovered that tells the other side of the story often unheard.
