Before he started getting migraines (which his physician treated - TopicsExpress

Before he started getting migraines (which his physician treated with Arsenic and Strychnine) he was actually a hero for his country. His social programs, financial savvy, and political/diplomatic finesse really helped Germany at a time when things were really bad for a lot of people. Perhaps if the treatment for his migraines hadnt driven him absolutely mad, none of what you say would have ever happened, and he might have actually gone down in history as one of the greatest leaders the world has ever known. Unfortunately, the fact that when he started to devolve, his fellow politicians and leaders manipulated him for their own gains, and the possibility that he also suffered from either or both bi-polar disorder and syphilis on TOP of taking medications which were ALSO destroying his brain left us with the horrors of the holocaust and World War 2 So Alicia what did you learn today? Well, I learned that Hitler didnt become crazy all by himself... Its sad to learn of what can happen to a could-of-been great leader, its also sad to know that power, a couple meds, and a few manipulators can make someone kill millions of people just because they can. Then to kill themselves because, 1. They had a realization of what they had done and that they were out of the puppet like state, or because, 2. They were still insane, didnt want to be captured, and never took realization onto just what exactly happened, are both very very sad. The latter being possibly sadder than the first because he never came into awareness, out of the mental coma of being a puppet on a string manipulated by people, his medication, and his own dark side that would have most likely stayed dormant, is very, very, sad. I think the real Adolf Hitler died long before his body committed suicide. Humanity is most faithful to killing than anything else since Cain and Abel.
