Its the only way I know what kind of stuff you want me to post and how I get motivated to give you more. ☑️Cook quinoa as directed. ☑️Add a package of thawed frozen spinach to the almost cooked quinoa. ☑️Mix low sodium stock with Greek Yogurt. ☑️Bake chicken breast with your favorite seasoning and chop when cooked. ☑️In a casserole dish mix the spinach quinoa mix with the chicken and yogurt mix and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese. ☑️Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
