Go with the color that feels good within you. Fold the paper in fours and place it in a lidded jar or receptacle(plastic zip-lock bag). Cover the paper with honey and put the lid in place. For nine consecutive nights light a small white candle close to the jar and visualize experiencing forgiveness with ease and grace, even if you are forgiving yourself for something. On the ninth night, let the candle burn completely down and put the candle remnants and the jar in a brown paper bag. Dispose of this bag anywhere outside of your living environment. The promise here is that soon you will be given grace-filled opportunities to feel forgiveness or offer it to another.
