Being Australia Day I thought it was only appropriate that today was the day to uphold the Rogue Runners Club Australia tradition of christening my Ultra medal! ;-) Once I finished work the kids and I headed down to the beach and relaaaaaaxed!! It was so good to just finally be able to sit down and enjoy my surroundings and watch the kids having fun after the craziness of these last few days! I waded around in the water for a while too which was bliss on my legs with my knees still feeling a bit dodgy ;-) With the weather looking nice for tomorrow as well Im thinking we might head back tomorrow arvo after work again :-) Ahhhhh... Bremer Bay in summer... Bliss! :-)
