Being a long, long, time Redskins fan I have mixed feelings about the issue of changing the team name. In most cases of sports teams I think that names like the Braves, Warriors, Cheifs, and Indians are not derogatory, but yes the term Redskin is considered to be offiensive. So how about a compromise, we could perhaps go with the "Renagades". Could still be some that do not like it, but the team could keep their mascot and R logo without having to sacrafice too much. I have done a mock up to show how close it would look to what we have now, Give me some civil feedback please.
