Being geographically located in disaster prone zone Pakistan is frequently subjected to natural disasters and calamities.These ,coupled with man made disasters like terrorism pushes us in backward direction in terms of progress.It remains an annoying reality that we,instead of retrospective and retrograde adoption of resilience are still far from making our country and nation proactive in dealing with floods,earthquakes etc.
