Being handled so poorly by other companies in regards to customer service has driven me to make it a number one priority for my business. From my experience its foolish to outsource such a critical, human component. Word of mouth is an exceptionally powerful medium and with social media magnifying this, allowing messages to reach the masses in an instant, as much as a company may save in the short term -theyre guaranteeing long term loss. Looking at the 80/20 rule of business, suggesting that 80% of revenue comes from 20% of your customers, would you really want to jeopardise anyone in that 20%? #noyournotsorryforthewait
