If you are involved in the networking of a known aggressive dog, please do your research before jumping at the first rescue willing to take them, that usually ends up getting a dog killed in the long run. So many people try to claim oh this dog just needs love and will be fine after they get out of the shelter... WRONG! That dog needs an experienced rescue who has dealt successfully with the particular issues the dog has. Also if a transport is used they need to take appropriate safety precautions to prevent a bite on transport. Do your research, make sure the rescue has dealt successfully with these issues in the past, anything less will probably end up in a bite and the dog being killed.
