I have seen the Minister speaking on every topic, I think when it is a legal issue the Justice minister should be the one to speak and recently he was on air about the Ellen Cockrum issue I heard . Recently he was on air again for the letter/position that Chris Neyor had against the President and I think that should have been handled by the Press Secretary. So when budgetary, security or medical issue zone will he be the one to speak ? That Position need to be revamp for now it is just a propaganda position for the President and I think that was why that position was created and they ( 1965-present) all have used it for propaganda !
