Poor team planning and lack of credible management at team level. 2. Poor or lack of orientation of players on the rules of the game at team level. 3. Poor or blatantly biased refeeing. 4. Failure to acknowledge and accept defeat. 5. Failure by teams to appoint strongwilled and knowledgeable captains. 6. Poor crowd control measures. 7. Then i raised the fact that most cases of violence are from the B league. It is important for new teams to be orientated on how to manage their teams and teach players on how to handle themselves in the field of play. New teams have died bcos of the above factors. The fines are high and once you hv been to the DC u will know what i am talking abt. Have a good and violence free weekend.
