Benjamin’s Journey January 14, 2015 Day 30 Benjamin was pretty laid back today, just a low grade fever but absolutely no storming, so overall it was a good day. They worked him hard today during his physical therapy session, so much so that he decided it was a good time for a nap once he was done. He was also up and in the robo chair twice today and seems to be handling it better, so it’s another step in the right direction. Since he won’t straighten his right arm the therapist has placed a inflatable splint on it for a few hours throughout the day. By doing this it will help keep it from getting too stiff, as he likes to keep it bent and over his stomach at this point. Earlier this morning, Caren Miller asked if everyone could post on My Friend Ben where they were praying from. Needless to say, it made me cry to see how much love and support is pouring in for Benjamin from all over the United States. Thank you for continuing to pray for Benj, his brother Sam and his sisters Claire and Carly. Please know that we find an extreme amount of comfort and joy in knowing that so many individuals are praying for Benj as well as our family as a whole. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
