Betty Benson shared Friends of Bernie Sanderss photo. The EPA as most of the agencies responsible for projects that have an affect on our environment are in the hands of Corporations. Our government is now a conglomerate of major Corporations who are interested in the bottom line first and pollution is the last thing they are thinking about. Why should they? Corporate leaders and their political shills have amassed fortunes that allow them to live in the most beautiful and pristine locations in the world. They dont have to live in a landscape dotted with oil drilling sites, fracking sites, mountain tops blown away, toxic rivers and lakes, pools of poisonous waste. They dont have to live with contaminated water sources that produce flammable water from their faucets. They dont have to eat food that is produced on land poisoned by fertilizers and pesticides to the extent people get neurological and brain damage and all manner of illnesses.
