Bangladesh occupied 98th position, India was rated at 143, Pakistan 154, and Afghanistan at 161. The Global Peace Index is the worlds leading measure of global peacefulness produced by the Institute for Economics and Peace, gauging domestic and international conflict, safety and security in 162 countries by using 22 indicators.
