Biggest Losers: Great job tonight in Biggest Loser. Wow, those Week 1 numbers were amazing! I mean seriously. 12 lbs? 8 lbs? And two gals losing 7 lbs? And lots of people losing 4 lbs. Of the 19 of these that weve done, I cant recall another first week that has had this kind of numbers. Remember though, never fully believe the great numbers unless you follow them up with good ones next week. Heres the workout we did: 1. BOSU trainer (push-ups, squats, ballistic push-ups) 2. Box Steps (step-ups, push-ups, step-overs) 3. DB Curls 4. Abs (crunches, legs up, crossing) 5. Kettle Bell swings 30 sec each exercise 3 rounds Plus 15 min on weight machine circuit.
