Billy update: Just got off the phone with Dr Watkins, she reports that Billy is doing amazingly well!! Standing up, a little weak, but supporting himself completely on all fours. His paws are firmly planting on the ground, no buckling over. When manipulated he is now aware, in space, of his legs. The connections are returning as they should. She is very happy. I am ecstatic!!! They are weaning him off all the meds he was on during his supportive pre-op and post-op care. I will be in to visit him this afternoon.
