Why I should be Chair Elect Because of my broad work experience in both traditional and nontraditional legal roles, I believe I would bring a unique perspective to Chair Elect role. I intend to use this role to help Young Attorneys actively engage in networking opportunities. Having practiced for a few years, I am familiar with how to make business connections and grow a reputation as young attorney. I have also been involved in the Young Lawyers Division since 2012, serving on the education and social committees. Further, my current position with Thomson Reuters requires that I stay up-to-date on the latest legal trends and technologies, as well as the various ways in which attorneys can maximize and grow their businesses. Its my job to be familiar with the legal marketplace as a whole. Its this perspective that I plan to leverage in order to be as effective and impactful in this role as possible.
