Birth is different for every woman, and with each baby she has.. some women birth quietly and gently (not me, I was told that I roared like a lion) but some birth loudly, scream, cry, swear etc... I want all women to be comfortable with whatever works for them, however you need to do it.. I love this quote “That shit is totally crazy and you don’t have to ‘handle it’ because the baby is coming no matter what and I’ll be there to hold your hand quietly or to let you scream and that’s okay. However you get through it is a victory and I am so proud of you, sister.”
