Dear Brother/Sister As we are all aware of the frequent attacks and blood shed on our brothers and sisters everyday, anywhere, anytime of the day or night, without any regard for our men, women, aged and children, all in the name of boko haram that operated only in our society! Dont be carried away brother/ sister, this is a trail moment, we need to remain firm and steadfast. Hold on to faith and endure. By Allah (I swear) ISLAM will certainly prevails. Never loose hope, and put your trust in Allah and all shall be better. I will like to use this medium to extend my condolences to you over an unfortunate situation that happened on Friday 12th day of Safar 1436AH equivalent to November 28th 2014 in Kano Central Mosque that result to the death of hundreds of our brothers in a most horrified manner. It is indeed a great loss for all of us and a DIRECT ATTACK ON ISLAM. My brother/ sister, what bound us together is more than blood, is more than a nationhood, more than a tribe or ethnicity. Indeed it was ISLAM That bound us TOGETHER and made us one single body. The victims of this unfortunate situation are our brothers, we are family, we are one single entity. I prayed that; May Allah Taala grant those innocent souls eternal rest and perfect peace. May Allah Taala give us more courage to bear the irrecoverable loss. May Allah Taala grant them Jannatul Firdausi nudhula. May Allah Taala accept them as martyrs and host their arrival. May Allah Taala forgive them and grant them mercy. May Allah Taala grant them His forgiveness May Allah Taala protect us against these evil people. As for the perpetuators May Allah Taala expose them and their evil missions. May Allah Taala send down His severe punishment unto them. May Allah Taala deny them victory over Muslim community and help our umma. In Allah we trust.
