Bistec Encebollado (PR Steak smothered in onions) 2 lbs. cubed steak or sirloin steak 3 teaspoons of olive oil 4 cloves of garlic make into a paste 1 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves 2 large white onions, sliced in rings 1 tablespoon of white vinegar 1/2 cup water Adobo to taste or salt & pepper to taste Put all ingredients in a gallon-size plastic bag and marinade all the ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight so to let beef tenderize. Pour the ingredients of the bag in a heavy skillet and bring it to a boil. Cook over low heat, covered, for about 40 minutes or so. Serve with white rice, pink beans and tostones.
