Black Stars head coach Avram Grant has left out Houston Dynamos defender Samuel Inkoom out of the final 23-man squad for the 2015 African Nations Cup. Inkoom failed to make the cut despite starting the 3-0 friendly win over Olhanense in Portugal on Wednesday afternoon. Leicester City wingback Jeffrey Schlupp, who was ruled out through injury, with medics confirming that he would be out for up to two weeks. Mpumalanga Black Aces defender Kwabena Adusei failed to make the cut. Grant has handed a recall to Sogndal striker Mahatma Otoo, who was originally not part of the 31-man squad as a replacement for the injured Abdul Majeed Waris, who is thus unavailable. Also axed from the squad is AIK Stockholm midfielder Ibrahim Moro. Squad new boys Kwesi Appiah and Daniel Amartey however made the cut, as did Frank Acheampong as Grant finalizes his squad.
