Black or white man or woman it dosent matter. Police should have to go through deeper psychological evaluations, to determine where they will be placed in the police departments they work. Obviously this officer dosent need to be a cop at all or maybe he needs to be a cop that just dose paper work. We all possess anger but it takes a certain type of angry person to actually exercise their anger like this.
