Board of Education To Hold Annual Retreat Saturday The Cabarrus County Board of Education will hold their annual retreat on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The retreat will be held at Harold E. Winkler Middle School in the Media Center, located at 4501 Weddington Road in Concord, North Carolina. To review the agenda visit boarddocs/nc/cabcs/Board.nsf/public. As a reminder, Board of Education meetings are open to the public and are generally held on the first and second Mondays of each month. If you are not able to attend a meeting in person, you can watch the meetings on television or on the Internet. Recordings of the meetings are broadcast on the Cabarrus County Government television channel (Time Warner Cable Channel 22) each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. or on demand via the countys YouTube Channel.
