BodyVive 33/ BodyVive Active is an amazing release- Susan is a very talented choreographer and PD with great musicality and creativity. My time and lessons from filming are irreplacable. The team helped me relax and brought the best out of me. The biggest message from me over the week- be humble and always bring it back to the people. Love your life, love the people in your life and take that love into your own world. That is where we can individually create the biggest change as one tribe. One tribe, Be brave, Change the world.
