Bolaji@the prophetic cutting edge THEME: FOLLOW THE SCRIPT pt 3. DATE. :15/11/2014. TEXT. :Exodus 25:40 (KJV) And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount. The God whom you and I serve is a God of plan , purpose ,design and objectivity . for every vision or assignment that he gives, he has the pattern or the blueprint in heaven . For every task ,there is a divine pattern in heaven and He requires as we carry out his will on earth it must align with the heavenly pattern. Luke 11:2 (KJV) 2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. In John 17:4 , shortly before he was arrested and led away, jesus declared to the father that he had finished the work he gave Him. John 17:4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. When he said To the father I have finished the work you gave me , the word finish in that scripture simply meant I have done it according to the pattern . Friend, It is one thing to finish the work , it is another thing to finish it according to pattern. Any work that is done but not done according to pattern stands the risk of being burnt on the day of judgement . 1 Corinthians 3:13 Every mans work shall be made manifest:for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every mans work of what sort it is. I like the way the Amplified rendered this scripture. The work of each one will become plainly , openly known -shown for what it is for the day of CHRIST will disclose and declare it because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test and critically appraise the character and worth of the work each person has done ( THE AMPLIFIED BIBLE ) That fire is like a scanner in a split seconds, it will scanned through a whole lifetime of the work of ministry to see if they were done according to divine pattern . Secondly ,it will scan all the trips, all the preachings, all the teachings and the givings, all the programs , the crusades, the books written , all the secret and open donations in cash and kind , all the projects, the orphanages, all the works , every physical and spiritual activities to see if they were also done in love ! If any is found not to be done according to divine pattern peculiarly given by God , it will be destroyed by that holy eternal fire and thereby lose it reward ! The ones done according to divine pattern and in the love of God will remain and be rewarded .This should make us very sober ! There are lot of ministries today that are building according to environmental dictates or what is in vogue or trendy . There are lots of ministries today that are cheap imitators and copycats. The children of Israel got into deep water when they desired to have a king over them like other nations . 1 Samuel 8:4-5 (KJV) Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah, 5 And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. The pattern God operated with them up till then was theocracy but because of what they saw in their environment , they abandoned the direct rulership of the lord their God for what obtains in their immediate environment and it cost them years of sorrows this gave birth to the rise of wicked kings and tyrants like Ahab, jeroboam, and others who either oppressed them or made them to serve other gods. When Moses finished the work of the tabernacle , the glory of God descended upon it . Exodus 40:33 (KJV) 33 And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work. Immediately he finished the work according to the pattern he was shown on the mount , the glory of God descended upon the finished piece. That glory was the mark of approval! It came to approved and dwell upon that which was done diligently according to instruction and pattern ! The glory of God would not descend to approve what we copied , it wont approve what we arranged though environmental dictates , but what is genuinely given to us by heaven . You must stay true to the pattern God has shown you that is what his glory will descend upon to approve.
