"Bonjour" Just got home from Quebec City, Canada. Steve and I had a great week. He worked and I vacationed, "excusez-moi, he did have a couple evenings where we walked through the old city and had dinner at French Restaurants." I visited the Basilica-Cathedral Notre-Dame de Quebec, Citadelle (including the changing of the guards), rode a ferry, had lunch at a french bakery and visited many of the local retailers in the old city. The French rave about a side dish called "poutine," french fries topped with cheese curds and gravy. Paul McCartney was in concert, just a couple blocks away. We were not able to go, but we were able to hear the entire concert from the window of our hotel room. We stayed at the Hilton and right across the street was the Parliament Bldg. (which was lite up at night). One of the most beautiful bldgs. was Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. Day light arrived each morning about 4:30. Had a great time and ready to go back. "Bonne nuit"
