Boy I hate having rental property. Waukon doesnt have many houses that people rent out so always so many people interested. We had a LOT of applications to rent it. This all sounds great right??? We narrowed it down to some great families that all would have been wonderful to have in the house. I hate having to pick someone and tell the others no. It makes me feel like such a jerk. I am not supposed to be a landlord :(
