Breaking News-Gujrath High Court grants bail to Moulana Abdul Qavi:In a historic judgement the Gujrath High Court granted bail to Hazrath Moulana Abdul Qavi in DCB-6/2003 case and asked his legal counsel to furnish two Rs/ 50000 sureties.He was arrested on 23rd March 2014 from Delhi Airport while he was proceeding towards Uttar Pradesh.His case was argued by Tehwar Khan Pathan (Adv).Total 43 persons were shown as accused out of which 10 religious scholars and innocent muslim youths from Hyderabad were foisted in the said case.MBT party had protested against the Illegal arrest of Moulana Abdul Qavi and demanded his release.It is the same case in which Moulana Mohammed Naseeruddin, Abdul Raoof,Manzoor Siddiqi,Zubair Ullah Shareef,Abdul Raheem,Moulana Samad,Ifteqar, Chota Aijaz, Bada Aijaz, Majeed, Mubasheer, Abdul Bari, Mufti Ashraf (Rector Sabee Ul Falah) and Shareeq were foisted falsely who were later acquitted after several years of detention and mental tourcher.
