Brendan Rodgers is the best manager in the Premiership, what hes achieved football wise AND result wise with the group of players he has is brilliant, football brain at its best!.. Not only that but hes clearly realised he has half a team of under achieves in the likes of Johnson, Minulie or however you spell it, Agger, Skirtle and Sturrage who all have the ability to be at the top but have never really had anyone who believed in them enough to let them prove and have the confidence to show it, mix that in with two out and out superstars in Gerrard and Suarez, bang in your Lucas, Flannagin and Henderson as your hard working honest lads and a few young could be superstars Continho and Stirling for example... Might bore you to tears me pretending Im a psychologist but its all in the mind and I bet you anything everyone of them knows that is their told within their team, THATS what breeds success!..
