Bret Baier on Fox News has a viewer known only as Bill from Kentucky. Over the weekend, he read an email from Bill that’s getting huge response and going viral. What Bill did was note that from the passage of the Affordable Care Act to the October 1 Obamacare website launch was 3 years, 6 months and 10 days. From the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 to Germany’s surrender was 3 years, 5 months and 1 day. Bill noted that in the 1940s, the government mobilized millions of people, built tens of thousands of tanks, planes, torpedoes, jeeps and more; plus millions of guns, bombs and bullets, and used them to turn the tide in North Africa, launch D-Day, fight the Battle of the Bulge and capture Berlin. And given a month and nine days longer, this administration can’t build a working website. My advice to Bret would be to turn Bill the listener from Kentucky into Bill, the staff writer.
