Brockenhurst College have been appointed as a ‘hub site’ for the National Citizen Service programme this summer and are looking for Leaders for the 4 week programme. Leaders would be required to attend 2 x one week Residentials with the students and support them for a further two weeks planning and carrying out a Social Action project, they will also need to drive the mini bus between venues. We will train the successful applicant in MIDAS in order to be qualified for this and they will achieve a certificate valid for 3 years. Each Leader will have an Assistant Leader recruited from our student base, to assist them and will undertake some training with the Hampshire Team prior to start of the programme. Do you have: • Excellent interpersonal skills • Leadership skills • Adaptability & empathy with 16 – 18 year olds students • Cultural openness • Organisational skills.
