Broken Nations Brothers and sisters of all nations of Africa. I stand before you today because the Lord has spoken to me in a dream, and has given me these words to share with you. I pray that they will touch your hearts as they have touched mine. May you find inspiration and understating through these words. I do not speak these words to insult you and criticize you for what you have done. I speak these words to give you knowledge of our wrong doing and how we can all correct the errors of our ways to make Africa a better place. I pray that you will lend me your ears and be open minded. I ask that you do not let your anger, pride, shame overwhelm you. The time has come for us to open our eyes, ears, and our hearts to our brothers and sister around us. The times has for us to heal this land that has undergone many generations of poverty, war, and suffer. It is time for us to set aside our own selfish needs and desires to reach out to those around us who struggle daily to find clean drinking water, food and a place to rest their heads at night. It is time to open our eyes brothers and sister to see the reality in which we live in. A reality of pain, hate, and injustice. Let us open our eyes to seek out our brothers and sisters who live in darkness, let us be the light that shines and leads them to hope in their times of loneliness and despair. Let us open our ears to hear the voices and the dream of the youth, who will one day rule over this land when our time in this life has passed. We must work together and have faith in each to accomplish the healing of this land. It is not a task that one man or woman can accomplish on his or her own. We can all accomplish the healing of our land by working together as commands, family, and as United Nations. We must be willing open our hearts for reconciliation to those we have done injustice to, and to those who have done injustice to us. We must be willing to put the past behind us in order to move forward and make a difference in our land. For too long we have been like birds with broken wings unable to fend for ourselves. Other nations have come to our aid to nurture us and defend us in hope that one day we will rise again. So like the birds with broken wings let us rise to our feet and begin to nurture ourselves, our people and our land. The road ahead of us is rocky, filled with many obstacles and adversities that we must overcome. Fear brothers and sisters lives in our hearts and it can prevent us from doing many things. Fear come from misunderstanding, loss and pain. So I ask you my brothers and sisters to set aside whatever fears and doubts that you may have in your hearts and fill them with hope that we can make Africa a better place for now and for the future generations that have yet to come. Together we can build homes and communities that our children will take pride in being a part of. Together we can erase the scars and bloodstains that war has left on our land and our people. There is a disease that exist among us and has been here since the beginning of human existence. This disease has caused so much pain, hate, jealousy, and the bloodshed of many innocent lives. It has led to the downfall of great nations and leaders through out time and history. My brothers and sisters let us eradicate the disease of greed so no more innocent lives are lost, so that no more nations and leaders will fall. Let us learn from the mistakes of our predecessors so that we do not repeat them. Many of you may have lost hope and stopped believing that peace, prosperity and recreation can be found here. I say to you now from the bottom of my heart brothers and sister that I believe in all of you and that peace, prosperity, and recreation can be found here. We have the resources and the power to do it.
