Brother Zion Gregory on membership retention in his home chapter. At Siloam (Chapter), one of our first actions after initiation is to ask the new brother if he would like to do anything in particular at the next fun night. This gives him a sense of engagement in the chapter as well as giving him a chance to do what he likes. It also widens our mindset when it comes to chapter activities. Siloam (Chapter) retains somewhere around 60 to 80 percent of members as active.
