Bryan Adams at Big Music Fest Kitchener ON (Saturday, July 12th/2014) I surprised my hubby on Saturday with tix to see Bryan. It was a pre-celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary on Aug.12th. Bryan was the beginning of Our Love Story so many years ago. :) The hubby and I met in my first year of College (September 1986). We spent about 6 weeks saying Hi to each other in the hallways between classes. Finally one day, I saw him in the DJ booth in the cafeteria...he was going to put on some music for folks to listen too. I finally got the nerve and went into the booth and asked him if he had any Bryan Adams. :) The hubby pulled out 3 Bryan Adams albums...the first one being Reckless, followed by Cuts Like A Knife and You Want It, You Got It. He flashed me a smile as he handed me these albums and said You know...I have seen Bryan live. He opened for Journey at the Ice House in London ON. I knew at that moment, that this guy was a keeper. He liked Bryan too! :) Seeing Bryan on Saturday night was AMAZING! Bryan read my sign...which was cool!!!! :D I brought the Reckless album (the same one that the hubby handed me all those years ago) in hopes that if he came into the crowd...he might sign it for us...but no luck! :) Im still flying high from Saturday night! Thank-You Bryan for an amazing night, that gave us special memories to remember...but most of all....Thank-You for the beautiful person that you are and for your gift of music, that you give to all of us...your fans! (The girl in the second photo is the girl in the AC/DC shirt)! She did the dance. She did a great job too!!! :)
