Budgam man dies saving two school kids Budgam, July 1:A man died trying to save two drowning school kids in Wahabpora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. Police sources told CNS that two school kids from Government Middle School Garand Budgam jumped into trench located near a brick kiln at Wahabpora to beat the summer heat. A local Muhammd Ashraf son of Muhammad Kazim rushed towards the well after one of the kids watching them sought help from the man to rescue his drowning friends. “Ashraf rescued both the kids but died himself after the rope that he used to save the children cut off and he slipped into the well,” police said.
