Bullying comes in many forms - all of it vile and degrading; ironically to the person being the bulley. When encountering a bully - whether its a boss who tries to intimidate and bully employees and lacks integrity or its the school yard thug. I heard it said recently ...and it seems so true. That bullies are bullies for one or more of three reasons. 1) they are threatened by you - usually because you ARE better than they are; 2) they have unresolved issues from childhood that cause them to be haters; or 3) they actually want to be like you but,lack the class or determination to follow through with trying. So there you have it ...bullies arent worth a moment of thought and worry. For they are sad and lazy people with an inability to hold themselves accountable for their own behavior. One word ...weak.
