Business Development Executive - Permanent Kidlington £25k OTE £3k+ A manufacturing company is looking for an experienced telephone business development executive to work in a growing sales team selling components in the B2B sector. Your role is to assess and contact lapsed and new manufacturing clients, cross sell and up sell at every opportunity, discover and liaise with the key decision maker, understand customer’s objectives, uncover new opportunities, track, and progress and close opportunities to win profitable new business, close a sale. You need to have previous telephone sales experience making quality calls to new and lapsed clients, selling B2B, have good listening skills, able to negotiate costs and prices, time management skills, self-motivated, work independently and in a team.
