Business Schools are concerned today that the workplace has again become so destructive to so many people... and it again comes down to a lack of respect for others and negative management --- now a workplace culture of many companies. When employees are asked to do random surveys, which have been increasing frequency, the results show how negatively men and women feel about their workplaces; how damaging the workplace is to mental and physical health, and therefore to the economy. WAKE UP TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO LOVES TO LEAD .... whatever you lead in, you are ONLY as good as the people who work for you.. bring out the best talent, respect those who are helping you grow.. you do not do it all alone!
