Busy day today then went to Cosco and got some Ahi Tuna.....was not sure about getting it there but OMG it was the bomb.....marinated in soy, ginger and garlic and seared on the grill, shrimp cocktail, poppy seed salad with ginger all with a little wasabi on the side. Brian was not so sure about it and really does not like fish but he loved it. It melts in your mouth. I took some pics but have to post them later. That is what was for dinner tonight.......YUMMY!!!!!
