CALL TO ARTISTS! MEMBER EXHIBIT NOW ACCEPTING IMAGES FOR JURY. Details below! The Massachusetts Art Education Association is calling for entries for inclusion in the upcoming exhibition “Design for the Future CREATE NOW”. This is a juried exhibition for members of the association who wish to have their work displayed at the CVPA Campus Gallery at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Please review the details below. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Digital Submissions Only: Jpeg format (300 dpi) Please name files as follows- Lastname_1.jpg, Lastname_2.jpg Include in your email the file names along with title, media, and size of each work Include your name as you would like it to appear on the exhibition materials Include your membership number Submissions will be accepted through midnight on Saturday September 1st and should be emailed to exhibitions@massarted. Members may submit up to 5 pieces of 2D and/or 3D work. Notification of acceptance will be no later than October 6th. The exhibition will be on view from October 29th through November 9th at the CVPA Campus Gallery located at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, 285 Old Westport Road, North Dartmouth, MA. The gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday/ Sunday Noon to 5pm. CLOSING RECEPTION will take place on Saturday November 9th from 5pm to 6:30pm. Once selected, the drop off will be October 26th and 27th (or earlier at regional sites). And pick-up will be on Sunday November 10th. All work must be display ready.
