****CALLING ALL PETITONERS - URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT**** FIA has so far confiscated assets worth 19 crores against the total claim of 47 crores for 162 cases pending in the court. This means that everyone will at least get 40 % of their money back. As per our investigations a lot of assets belonging to Asim & Zubia are in the name of his uncle: Malik Tasawar Hussain - CNIC 37302-9414357-7 Including 49 acres of land in Bhera, 4 Expensive cars & a stake of 5 Crores in a TV Channel based in Garden Town Lahore (ATV or A LITE). The total worth of these assets is approximately 17 crores. Please instruct your lawyers to make a request to Lahore High Court on the next hearing so that assets in the name of this man can also get attached to the case. The court had previously ordered tax returns of this man and established that all the assets in this man’s name belongs to Asim & Zubia because this guy had no income of his own to buy these assets as per his tax returns. Later on due to the influence of Asim & Zubia the matter was never brought up. We need to ensure that these assets gets attached to the case which will ensure that every one getting at least 75 % of their amounts looted by these guys. FIA will only work on these assets if ordered by the court and if all of us request the same thing I am sure that court will grant such an order. Please make sure that your respective lawyers bring up this matter on the next hearing. The date for next hearing has not been announced as of yet but will be posted on this forum immediately after it is confirmed. Remember – Our only strength is our unity.
