The students are hired for “Sales Trainee” position, which is equivalent to Sales Executive or Sales Team Lead. Job Summary: This is a development position designed to prepare an individual possessing attributes supporting a sales dynamic to advance into a Sales Executive position after successfully completing a 6 month training period. The primary function of this position is to gain industry, products and customers, knowledge while learning the various skills needed to be promoted to a Sales Executive and effectively manage a customer base. The Sales Trainee must understand how to use interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships customer. The Sales Trainee will be trained in several departments including Sales, Capability, RTM (Supply Chain), Finance, Cooler Device Equipment Management and customer services. Upon completing the training period, this individual will be responsible for sales and margin performance within a defined territory. Job Description: a. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager. b. Having regular gate meeting/ review meeting with team members. c. People management: Handling a team of sales man (4- 6 members in a team). d. Driving sales volume and achieving the target of assigned territory. e. Motivating the team member. f. Regularly meeting the customers and outlets. g. Ensure execution in every outlet h. Resolving the issues of the customer. i. Business Development by adding new customers in the territory. j. Having control over company assets (i.e. coolers). Eligibility Criteria: Academics scores from 10th Standard to Master marks should be minimum 50%. MBA with Marketing specialization. Compensation: For Six months “Sales Trainee” will be in training period. They will be getting Stipend of Rs.16000 take home Per month (excluding expenses i.e. Travel allowance, Daily allowance and Mobile allowance). After confirmation package will be 3.5 Lacs per annum. Interview process : 1st Round – Aptitude Test. 2nd Round – Presentation on company overview & Job Profile. 3nd Round – Group Discussion. 4th Round – Personal round interview.
