CAPITATION ABR3!!! I went to the Kumasi South Hospital at Atonsu-Agogo last week with my health insurance identity card which was done in Achimota. I was denied access through that card because I have not subscribed to the usage of the hospitals services. Aside that, there is also the ionic subscribed grant on the part of government for individual- a little over GHC 1.00 compared to the huge amount in the nine............ Is the health insurance levy charges in Ashanti Region different from the others? This is not only rubbing Peter to pay Paul, but killing Judas, de suicidal because Paul is the requird........... Now, its undeniably established that the main idea behind the capitation grant in the Ashanti Region was nothing but a payback section for the people....... The funny and childish reasons giveng to defend this is that the hospitals there took advantage of the weak system to duped the country. Statiscally it was recorded the highest, the problem is nationwide and needs to be looked at as such. My problem is why must the innocent citizens suffer for this if indeed this government has no evil intention behind this ever deceived piloting/implementation? ........ I am not a researcher, but I think it is only evil missionaries, incompetence, corruption, payback etc that will cause a deadly project to be experimented for a whole three years. They were told it will be for just six months then it will be spread across if it turns to be good. How far and when have always been the utterances...... I still wonder why some evil party communicators will sit on some radio stations and defend the K)fabekum Capitation Grant. Its obvious the ndc brought this to distroy and kill the people in the Ashanti Region: nthing more; nothing less. If not why have they refuse to abort it after realising that it cant help the nine? ......... The act which guides the National Health Insurance Scheme talks about EQUAL ACCESS FOR ALL Ghanaians. For three years down the lane people in that part of the country have been denied this EQUAL ACCESS. Now, is it not clear that the Mills-Mahama/Mahama-Amisah only decided to punish or kill some people at some part of the country for not ENTIRELY voting for them? After three years, we are now told that it was operational and not experimental (piloting), which even raised lots of controversies from the onset......... As Ghanaians they also deserve better. Why does the ndc decides to treat the people living there this way. I dont think a region that gave you the third highest vote deserves this even on political grounds. ABORT CAPITATION IN THE ASHANTI REGION ELSE LET IT BE SPREAD ACROSS IF YOU CLAIM IT IS GOOD........
