On April 4th, 2009 17 year old CRIS CERVINI was shot dead by RODERICK SCOTT a retired African American man in GREECE NY a suburb of Rochester NY. Soctt was found not guilty. NYS has no stand your ground law. Testimony showed CERVINI was shot in the back. By law Roderick Scott was supposed to retreat to his home and call 911. Where is the justice when a Black man kills a 17 year old white boy in cold bloodded murder.? JUSTICE FOR CRIS CERVINI IS DEMANDED AND WILL BE HAD! No REST untill justice for CRIS CERVINI!
