CELL MULTIPLICATION Our society needs Jesus, which of course means that every individual that makes up that society needs Jesus. We are currently experiencing an unprecedented rise in evil of every kind. Demonic forces are at work to steal, to kill and to destroy. This must be answered by a resurgence of the true church of Jesus Christ. The International Church must never take its ease. We must work while we have breath in our bodies. The cellular structure of our church is advancing into the harvest fields with remarkable success. We have grown from 12 cells to 23 cells in twelve months and approximately 60 new people are attending every month. In the last six weeks alone 49 people have prayed the sinner’s prayer for the first time in our evangelism cells. What is the secret behind this revival? Why are some cells more successful than others? How can we guarantee that this will continue? Are we being over optimistic to build a new church to seat 2000 people? The answer to these questions turns the search light onto individual Christians. You see it all comes back to how closely I walk with God and how closely you walk with God. He is the love of my life. I sometimes ache with love for Him. He is absolutely first in my life. I love Him and because I love Him so much, His love spills out of my life to others. There are many, many people in The International Church who say likewise – and that is the secret of this revival! Why are some cells more successful than others? Because some cells have got more people in them who are passionately in love with God! If your cell is not growing, take a look at your heart! Make your commitment to Jesus absolute! Can we guarantee that the revival will continue? Of course, because our love is growing stronger and we have no intention of turning back? Should we build a large church? Of course, because souls are coming to Jesus now at the rate of more than one a day and this is going to mushroom! Revival is not finding a new religious gimmick, having a skilful music team or having a well put together programme. It’s about loving God, living to please Him, and adoring Him above all other. And that’s why God made it the first commandment – God first!
