CHALLENGE OF THE DAY- (Tuesday) I want you to take some time and create 3 Top Goals 2 SHORT TERM GOALS (3month/by Christmas) 1LONG TERM GOAL (more than 1 year) for yourself. Your goal can be anything you want to improve but have failed to do so in the past (get out of debt, lose weight, stop drinking/smoking, save $) Once you think of the goals, write them down and sticky note it on your computer, mirror, wall and then post your goals in here. Go out and buy a binder/notebook and put 3 tabs with those 3 goals Tomorrow morning and every day now till Christmas wake up and say your goals out loud. Each day for the rest of this week and the next 3 weeks - TRACK everything you do towards/against that goal in your notebook. Each day start fresh page under each goal & write date & mk 2 columns: toward goal / against Here is an example: Goal: save $, get out of debt Toward. /. Against Skipped buying Ate lunch Coffee md own. Out - need Put $ would. To bring Have spent My own Away in box. Wasted $10 Saved $5 At end of day total your posts And review your habits - work to improve each day. By the end of the 4 weeks you WILL start to make better more conscious choices to help reach your goals. Continue tracking till you develop good habits to replace all those in the against column.
