CHALLENGE TIME!!! Smackover Little League is still in desperate need of a new lawnmower....an arrangement has been worked out and we need to raise $4,100 as soon as we can....I hope you agree that the field was improved upon from last year and we hope to keep it up for next year...one of the most important thing is the field itself...we have had unlimited compliments on our field this year...WE NEED TO KEEP THE GROWTH UP.....my challenge is this....if you had a CHILD, GRANDCHILD, NIECE, NEPHEW, NEIGHBOR, OR JUST ONE OF THE KIDS YOU KNOW, PLEASE DONATE TO THIS CAUSE....if any of you have tried to take care of a field, the off season is the most important time to keep it up...please, please, help....one dollar, two dollars, ten dollars, a thousand dollars....any amount is SIGNIFICENT.....you may contact me directly, my phone number is in the book, or any of the Board Members...you can make checks payable to Smackover Little League and earmark it for lawnmower....I CAN GUARANTEE YOU IT WILL BE USED FOR THAT AND THAT ALONE....We need to take care of our kids...this would be a small gesture on your part...lots of volunteer time and volunteer effort has gone into it....and the Coaches all did a great job...talk this up...we need it....checks can also be sent to Glenda Darden in care of Lawrence Electric in El Dorado....and yes, I AM BEGGING!!!
