CHUCK & DUCK! Such was the instruction yelled to me by Jon over the roaring noise of the huge motor, regarding how to feed wood into the Wayne wood chipper that the guys got running today. Chuck & Duck is what I did. Dodged more than one piece of chipped wood that was flung in my direction by that beast. Running the chipper is fun, frightening, and stomach-churning all at once. It will also make clearing the scrubby brush much easier. Tonya already has plans for mixing the wood chips into mulch for the plants.
