CIVIC sense CIVIC sense means social ethics. It examples include keeping roads, streets and public places clean. It reflects the actual personality and shows the responsibility of any person. It encompasses unspoken norms of society that help it run smoothly without someone tripping on somebody elses toes. Sadly this is lacking in Bhutan...the hotel guests who stay in the Penjor hotel in Phuentsholing use condoms and then just throw them out of the window not bothering where it lands. I wonder what type of people are frequenting this place. I have complained to the City Corporation and hopefully this will stop. Wanted to post pictures but it was too disgusting.
